Melissa joined Austin Group Executive Search, L.P. in October of 2011. Prior to joining AGES, L.P. she worked for the U.S Men’s Clay Court Championship at River Oaks Country Club for four years.

Melissa graduated from the University of Houston Conrad School with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Restaurant Management. She was born and raised in Houston.

Out of the office Melissa participates in working with the Alpha Chi Omega foundation with the fight against domestic violence. She also enjoys being a member of the local high school’s athletic booster club.
